一,課程說明
　 本課程的目的在講述數位視訊的基本處理方法，最新視訊編碼方法與標準以及多媒體通訊應用。主要內容包括：

  4. Video Coding (JPEG, MPEG, H.26X, Wavelet T., Fractal, Model-based,...
